- Managing 18-month project to assess the workplace campaign. Primary
author of recommendations report Employee Workplace Campaigns at
the Crossroads.
- Assessing the workplace giving programs of a number
of Fortune 500 companies and developing strategies to strengthen
employee involvement
and participation.
- Conducting a national survey on employee involvement
resulting in the publication Valuing Employee Involvement.
- Facilitating
a national seminar on best practices in corporate employee giving
programs.
- Identifying and publishing the characteristics of effective
charitable workplace giving programs.
- Evaluating the potential for
one of the nation’s largest
nonprofit organizations to raise funds outside of its fund-raising
federation
affiliation.
- Managing the ongoing access and program strategies for
a national fund-raising coalition representing more than 300 international
and
local charities.
