Recent Assignments

  • Managing 18-month project to assess the workplace campaign. Primary author of recommendations report Employee Workplace Campaigns at the Crossroads.
  • Assessing the workplace giving programs of a number of Fortune 500 companies and developing strategies to strengthen employee involvement and participation.
  • Conducting a national survey on employee involvement resulting in the publication Valuing Employee Involvement.
  • Facilitating a national seminar on best practices in corporate employee giving programs.
  • Identifying and publishing the characteristics of effective charitable workplace giving programs.
  • Evaluating the potential for one of the nation’s largest nonprofit organizations to raise funds outside of its fund-raising federation affiliation.
  • Managing the ongoing access and program strategies for a national fund-raising coalition representing more than 300 international and local charities.

  • Nine years consulting with The Consulting Network on corporate citizenship, employee involvement and workplace giving programs and benchmarking more than 100 corporate programs.
  • Eleven years in the United Way system in corporate relations, fund raising and communications.
  • Former development officer for Close Up Foundation.
  • Speaker and trainer on employee involvement, workplace giving programs, fund raising and board development.
